School Strike For Climate

Hi Guys today I'm going to talk about Greta Thunbrg, She is a 16 year old Swedish girl is upset that adults are not doing enough about climate change. Every Friday she protests about climate change insted of going to school. She inspired the School Strike for Climate protests. Not everyone believes in climate change. Now I'm going to do some facts about Greta Thunbrg. 

1. Greta Thunbrg was born in 3 Jan 2003.

2. Greta Thunbrg full name is Greta Tintin Eleonora Ernman Thunberg.

3.On 31 March 2019, Greta Thunbrg received the German Goldene Kamera Special Climate Protection award.

Those are the facts I know about Greta Thunbrg. Now I'm going to do something that the SLJ told me to do is to look in School Strike for Climate Australia website and list 3 things that you learned and post a photograph of something that you are doing around home to help the environment. Here is mine.

1. I learnet our plant earth is precious and can't be replaced.

2. I learnt that we want taking urgent action to move beyond fossil fuel projects. To 100% renewable energy for all.

3. I learnt that we want a safe future so we want to protect our enviroment, clean air ,clean water and reef.

A Long Walk To Freedom

Hi Friends today I'm going to talk about Nelson Mandela. He was an activist and civil rights leader who lived in South Africa. For many years, South Africa had different rules for people who had white skin and those who didn't.This was called apartheid. Nelson Mandela felt that this was very wrong. Nelson Mandela tried to change the law but he was sent to prison. After this , he became the president of South Africa and ended apartheid.He also spent 18 years in Robben Island prison. Mandela had a tiny, damp,concrete cell, with only a straw mat to sleep on. Now I'm going to do some facts about Nelson Mandela.

1. Nelso Mandela was born in 18 July 1918.

2. Nelso Mandela full name is Nelso Rolihlahla Mandela.

3.Nelso Mandela got 6 childrens.

Those are the facts I know about Nelso Mandela. Now I'm going to do something that the SLJ told me to do is to describe a prison in 4 sentences diary. I will show you mine.

The Prison is so smelly and gross. You can do anything in the prison because it dosen't have anything.When you want to go toilet it is so disgusting, also the beds are so uncomfortable. When your neighbour is smoking  in feel TERRIBLE! And that's what happend every single day.

Dear Jacinda

Hi Friends today I'm going to talk about Jacinda Ardern. Jacinda Ardern is the Prime Minister of New Zealand ( NZ). As Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern makes lots of important decisions. She meet with people to hear their ideas and see what they think before making a dicision. Now I'm going to do some facts.

1. Jacinda Ardern was born in 26 July 1980.

2. Jacinda Ardern have 1 baby.

3. She is the only female Prime Minister .

Those are the facts I know about Jacida Ardern. Now I'm going to do somthing that the SLJ told me to do is to make a letter to Jacida Adern. Here is my one.

1. More sports should be include at School because children should be active.

2. Swimming should be free beacuse it's are really healthful sport.

3. If every children can ride a bike to school because it will be less trafic jam and it good for children health.

RIGHTS AND WRONGS

Hi Guys today I'm going to talk about Dr Jessa Rogers. She is a Aboriginal women from Queensland, Australia. She is a leader in Aboriginal education. She also hada baby when she was quite young but she did well at school and went to university.Now I'm going to do some facts about Dr Jessa Rogers.

1. Dr Jessa Rogers was born in 7 April 1985

2. In 2010 she won the NAIDOC Youth of the Year.

3.She is a member of the more Aboriginal and torres strait islander teachers initiative.

Those are the fact I know about Dr Jessa Rogers. Now I have to do something that the SLJ told me to do is math problem. Here is the question : Jessa was 25 when she won the NAIDOC Youth of the Year award. How many years until you are 25? Answer: I think it will be 14 years and 11 month because 25 years - 10 years 1 month = 14 years and 11 months.

Those are the facts I know about Sachin Tendulkar. Now I'm going to tell you why he is important to the world. He is Important to the world because he is the highest run scorer of all time in International cricket.He scored 15,921 runs for test and 18 426 runs for ODI. He scored 100 centuries in international history. Sachin Tendulkar also right arm bowler.Thats why he is important to the world.
