Surmmer Learning Journey ( Weeek 3 day 3 A)

Need for Speed

Hi Guys today I'm going to talk about Huka Falls Jet and  Britten Motorcycle Company. Bill Hamilton grew up on a farm in the South Island of New Zealand. He invented the jet boat engine. It lets boats, like the Huka Falls Jet, to travel at lightning speed along rivers.
John Britten set up the Britten Motorcycle Company from his garage in Christchurch, New Zealand. One of his bikes, the V1000, won a number of international races and set a world speed record for going 304km per hour! That is very fast! Now I'm going to do some facts about Huka Falls Jet and  Britten Motorcycle Company.
1.Huka Falls Jet came out in Nov in 1990.
2. Britten Motorcycle Company came out in 1992.
Those are some facts about Huka Falls Jet and  Britten Motorcycle Company. Now I'm going to do something that the SLJ told me to do is On your blog, post a picture of your speedy vehicle along with a description of how it works. Tell your readers what your vehicle is made of, any special features, how fast it goes, and who might use your vehicle. Here is mine.

Thank you for reading my blog post.
Bye by Izumi.

Well done on completing week 3, day 3, activity 3: Need for Speed. What an awesome drawing you have shared your speedy fast car, it is such a slick and neat design.

I really enjoyed reading your description of your car, 0-100 in 3 seconds that is crazy, but would be super fun! I would definitely give that a go :)

What was the inspiration behind your car design?

    Blog ya later,
    Kueni.
