Surmmer Learning Journey ( Week 3 day 2 A3)

Hidden Figures

Hi Friends today I'm going to talk about Ada Lovelace and Katherine Johnson. Ada Lovelace was the first computer programmer. She figured out instructions that a machine could use to solve difficult maths questions. Katherine Johnson was a brilliant mathematician who worked with NASA. Katherine’s job was to check all of the maths that the engineers and astronauts used when designing the spacecraft and flying them into space. Katherine had to learn how to code when NASA started using computers. Now I'm going to do some facts about Ada Lovelace and Katherine Johnson.

1. Ada Lovelace was born in 10 Dec in 1815.

2. Katherine Johnson was born in 26 Aug in 1918.

3. They were both smart Womens.

Those are some facts about Ada Lovelace and Katherine Johnson. Now I'm going to do something that the SLJ told me to do is On your blog, post a screenshot of your completed shape. Underneath the shape tell us what you thought of the coding app. Is it good? Why/why not? Here is mine.

I thing this coding app is good because it's good for measurement. That's why I think that the coding app is good.

Thank you for reading my blog post.
Bye by Izumi.

  1. Tēnā Koe Izumi,

Kueni here. I hope you are having a lovely Wednesday morning, what have you been doing today?

Ka pai on completing today's activity. I can tell you had a lot of fun playing on the coding website, I found it very hard and you made it a lot further than me.

Thank you for sharing what you think about the website. Maybe next time you could try adding a little bit more detail about this website. You could tell us what was the hardest part about this website was, what you liked or didn't like, what you would change about this website etc.

    Have a great day!
    Kueni
