Surmmer Learning Journey ( week 3 day 1 A3)

 Apple vs Microsoft

Hi Friends today I'm going to talk about Apple vs Microsoft. Bill Gates is the founder of Microsoft. He is now one of the richest people in the world. He has a charity called The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation which helps a lot of people.
Steve Jobs was the co-founder of Apple. He invented the Apple computer, iPod, iPhone, and iPad. Sadly, he passed away in 2011. Both men were very clever inventors of new technology. They were also competitors or rivals. Now I'm going to do some facts about Apple and Microsoft.

1.  Apple came out in 1 April 1976, Cupertino, California, United States.

2. Microsoft came out in 4 April 1975, Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States.

3.3 people made Apple.

4.2 people made Microsoft.

Those are some facrs about Apple and Microsoft. Now I'm going to do something that the SLJ told me to do is to find two more examples of rivalries. They can be in sport or other areas.
On your blog, describe the two rivalries that you have found. Who is the rivalry between? Here is mine.

  1. Tēnā koe Izumi,

Thanks for doing week three, day one, activity one - ka pai! I really like the poster you’ve made - it is clear and easy to read. I had an iPhone for years and then I switched to Samsung and I don’t think I'll ever go back! Samsung’s are so much better in my opinion as they are cheaper and basically do all the same things :)

Do you know what ‘claiming revenues’ mean? Post your answer in the comments below :)

Have a groovy day and thanks for blogging,
    Eliza.
